1. Arrival / departure
Arrival is possible from Monday to Saturday and departure from Monday to Sunday. The departure must be made by 10.00 a.m. on the day of departure. If the departure time is exceeded by more than 30 minutes, an additional night will be charged. Other arrival and departure times can be individually agreed with the landlord. With the booking confirmation, the tenant receives an access code for the electric door opener with which he can enter the apartment. The landlord is not present on arrival and departure. If the tenant does not appear by 8:00 p.m. on the day of arrival, he must move into the apartment without the landlord's telephone support. A (proportional) repayment of the rent due to early departure is generally not made.
2. Special requests and side agreements
Special requests and side agreements are generally possible. They require the landlord's written confirmation. Pets are not allowed in the apartments.
3. Payment
The lease becomes valid upon receipt of the deposit on the landlord's account. The down payment of 20% of the rental amount is due within seven days after receipt of the booking documents. After the deposit has been paid, the balance is due 7 days before the start of the trip. If the payment deadlines are not met, the landlord can withdraw from the contract. Failure to pay is considered a withdrawal and entitles to a new lease. Additional costs for water, parking space, waste, electricity are not charged. Bed linen and towels are not included in the rental price. With the booking, the tenant receives a message about the cost of these extra services.
4. Withdrawal
If the tenant withdraws from the rental contract, the following amounts are to be paid to the landlord: In the event of cancellation up to 30 days before the start of the rental: 0% of the rental price If the cancellation is made 30 days (inclusive) up to 14 days before the rental begins: 50% of the rental price If the cancellation is made 14 days (inclusive) until the day of arrival or later: 100% of the rental price Cancellation must always be made by email to the address of the landlord (burghartz@hotmail.com). The date of receipt of your cancellation message counts. Amounts already paid will be offset. You can provide a replacement person who enters your contract on the terms specified. A written notification is sufficient.
5. Obligations of the tenant
The tenant undertakes to treat the rented property (holiday home, inventory and outdoor facilities) with care. If damage to the holiday home and / or its inventory occurs during the tenancy, the tenant is obliged to notify the property management immediately. Defects and damage found upon arrival must be reported immediately to the property manager, otherwise the tenant is liable for this damage. A reasonable period of time must be allowed to remedy damage and defects. Claims from complaints that are not reported immediately on site are excluded. Complaints received by the landlord only at the end of the stay or after leaving the holiday home are also excluded from compensation. In the event of any disruptions in performance, the tenant is obliged to do everything reasonable within the scope of his legal obligation to help remedy the disruption and to minimize any damage that may have arisen. On the day of departure, the tenant must remove personal items, household waste is to be disposed of in the designated containers on the street or in the yard, dishes must be stored clean and washed in the kitchen cupboards.
6. Data protection
The tenant agrees that necessary data about his person will be saved, changed and / or deleted within the framework of the contract concluded with him. All personal data are treated with absolute confidentiality.
7. Liability
The tender was created to the best of our knowledge. There is no liability for the rental property being influenced by force majeure, power and water failures and storms customary in the country. Likewise, no liability is assumed in the event of unforeseen or unavoidable circumstances such as official order, sudden construction site or for disturbances due to natural and local circumstances. However, the landlord is happy to help you solve the problems (as far as possible). The landlord is not liable for the use of the games and sports equipment provided. The arrival and departure of the tenant is your own responsibility and liability
