Departure:

You have probably just arrived, but "Departure" is in the alphabet before "pharmacy". So let's start by organizing your departure: on the day of departure you can use the apartment until 10:00 a.m. Simply register briefly by phone (mobile phone: 0178/1989258) and we can either discuss everything else by phone or we will come to the house to say goodbye (if it is possible in time).

The Einruhr Tourist Information Office is located in the town center, Franz-Becker-Str. 2, open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Bus connections:

Line 83 goes directly to the holiday complex in the direction of Simmerath, and lines 68, 83 and SB63 from the neighboring town of Einruhr also go in the direction of Simmerath. Concerning. the current times please inquire on site (notice bus stop).

Shopping:

As a district town, Simmerath offers extensive shopping facilities for daily needs (Aldi, Lidl, Norma, Netto, Rewe, DM, Expert), as well as several clothing, sports and shoe shops that invite you to take small shopping tours.

Rules

Dear holiday guests!

Our apartments / our holiday home should be your second home. You should feel comfortable and able to rest. We have put a lot of effort into the setup and hope that you will find everything you need. The following house rules are intended as an aid for a harmonious stay. We have also listed some rules that we hope you will understand. By treating the apartment properly, you will continue to help us to offer you and other guests satisfactory premises in the future.

General kitchen

Should you miss anything in the facility or if you need help, please contact us with confidence. All things that are in the apartment / holiday home or on the balcony or terrace, or belong to it, may and should be used by the guests. Please handle the entire facility and inventory carefully and treat the rental property with care. Please make sure that your fellow travelers also comply with the rental conditions. Please handle the kitchen equipment and technical equipment with care. Since a dirty kitchen does not please anyone, please only put dishes, pots and cutlery in the cupboards when they are clean and dry. Do not place hot pots and other hot objects on the tables or the worktop without coasters. Always use a cutting board as a base for cutting. Please leave the interior of the oven and microwave (if present) clean.

Damage

Nobody deliberately damages things, but it can happen to anyone that something breaks. We would be delighted if you could report the damage that occurred and we would not ascertain it after the departure at the final cleaning. The tenant is liable for damage in the amount of the replacement costs.

Airing

To avoid mold formation, we ask you to ventilate the rooms sufficiently, at least once per day for 5-10 minutes and especially after showering.

Due diligence

We ask our guests to treat the rental property with care and to ensure that fellow travelers and relatives also comply with the rental conditions. The entrance door should always be closed and locked with a key when leaving the house. Likewise, all windows must be closed when leaving the apartment to avoid possible damage due to bad weather or break-in. The resources of water and electricity must be handled with care.

disposal

The waste is separated into residual waste, glass, paper and packaging with the green dot. Corresponding containers are available on the property. Please only use cosmetic bins in the bathroom with garbage bags and dispose of them sealed in the residual waste bin. No waste, leftover food, harmful liquids or the like may be thrown or poured into the kitchen sink, toilet, sink or shower! Avoid anything that can lead to blockages in the pipes (no hygiene articles in the toilet).

Cleaning

Should you ever have a mishap (extreme dirt, liquids on the floor or work surfaces, etc.), we ask you to remedy this immediately. We kindly ask you to leave the apartment swept clean on departure and to put all used dishes back into the cupboards.

Rest periods

In the interest of a good neighborhood, we ask you to observe the public rest periods such as lunch, night and Sunday rest. Out of respect, the apartment itself should also be kept quiet between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m.

Internet / WiFi

A wireless Internet connection (WLAN) is available in the apartment / holiday home. The access code is stored in the apartment / house. Use of the Internet with your own WLAN-enabled device (notebook, PDA, smartphone, etc.) via the WLAN connection is free of charge for the tenant. You use the internet at your own risk, the landlord excludes any liability in connection with the internet use of the tenant. The WLAN usage rules must also be taken into account when using Internet access via WLAN. Please leave the apartment / house to smoke. Smoking is permitted outside in the balcony / terrace area. Please dispose of the completely cooled cigarette remains in the garbage can.

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Parking

It can be parked directly in front of the apartment / holiday home or on the property. For the apartments Subway, Aussicht1, Aussicht2 and Aussicht3 there is a red parking card in the respective apartment, with which you can park free of charge on public parking spaces subject to charges. The landlord is not liable for loss of or damage to motor vehicles parked or maneuvered on the property and their contents, except in the case of intent or gross negligence.

House right

If repairs are necessary immediately, it may be essential that the landlord must enter the apartment without the knowledge of the guest.

key

Please never give the keys out of your hand. Loss of the keys must be reported immediately and the guest is liable up to the cost of replacement.

liability

The landlord is not liable for valuables of the guest (s). Arrival and departure Arrival is after 5 p.m. On the day of departure we ask our guests to vacate the apartment / holiday home by 10 a.m. at the latest. When you leave, the holiday apartment should look like you found it. When booking the apartment, we assume that the house rules will be recognized.
